At Madison Physical Therapy and Consulting, LLC we participate in many insurance plans. Contracting with insurance companies is one way these organizations recognize the qualifications and expertise  of our physical therapists and business. 

As a courtesy to our patients, we bill insurance on your behalf. However, please note that insurance coverage is never a guarantee of payment. It is the patient's responsibility to confirm that Madison Physical Therapy and Consulting, LLC is in-network with your specific insurance plans as every plan varies. 

For those who choose not to use insurance, we offer competitive self-pay rates for high-quality, individualized care.

Physical therapy provides excellent value—often serving as a cost-effective alternative to medications, imaging, and in some cases can even help avoid surgery. Private practice settings like ours also offer a more personalized approach to care, better appointment availability, and significantly lower costs compared to hospital-based physical therapy services. In many cases, using an in network insurance policy at a hospital facility can cost up to three times more than paying out of pocket and receiving care at a private clinic like ours.

We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) as forms of payment. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a superbill or assist you with the documentation needed for reimbursement through your benefits plan.
