Professional Background
Tiffany earned her degree in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University, beginning her career at the University of Michigan Sports Medicine Center in Ann Arbor, home of USA Hockey. She later completed the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency through UW Health and Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI, where she advanced to the role of Advanced Clinician at UW Hospital's Spine Physical Therapy unit. In 2015, she founded Madison Physical Therapy & Consulting, LLC, bringing her Olympic-level expertise to the Madison community.

Tiffany is Board Certified in Orthopedics through the American Physical Therapy Association — a distinction held by fewer than 200 professionals in Wisconsin. She has trained extensively under world-renowned clinicians and completed advanced manual therapy training through Maitland Seminars. She is the only Neufit certified provider in Madison, WI.

Athletic Background
Tiffany’s passion for physical therapy began as a high school track athlete recovering from injury. Her successful rehab journey led to competing in state championships, setting school records, and expanding into competitive swimming.
She continued her running career at Texas A&M University, a nationally recognized track and field program, where she competed in Cross Country and Track. Highlights include helping her team break Arkansas’s 10+ year regional winning streak and earning a spot at the NCAA Championships.
After college, Tiffany took up competitive cycling, racing for The Ohio State University and qualifying for the Olympic Development Camp following a strong performance at nationals. She remains active in the Madison community through the Bombay Bicycle Club and continues to teach skiing as a Certified Instructor with PSIA.
She currently serves as the team physical therapist for the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee in addition to US Ski and Snowboard, continuing her involvement in professional sports at the international level.

2015
Established business, opened clinic on Monroe Street, Madison, WI. Added dry needling services.
2016
Upgraded and moved clinic to Capitol Square.
2018
Joined US Olympic and Paralympic medical Team. Became the first clinic in Madison, WI to offer blood flow restriction training and professional grade sports recovery technology.
2019
Provided coverage for US Bobsled, Luge, Skeleton Selection camp at Lake Placid, NY training center

Accepted onto US Ski and Snowboard Medical Pool
2022
Provided coverage for Toyota FIS Freestyle Skiing World Cup. Provided coverage to International Bobsled driver camp in Lake Placid, NY. Provided coverage also at Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center.
2023
Selected as US Ski and Snowboard PT for World Cup Tour in Courchevel, France.
2024
Initiated Neufit technology into treatments. Selected as Paris 2024 Paralympic team medical alternate.
2025
Completed Neufit Certification. Initiated other technology forward treatments into clinic not found elsewhere in Dane County.
