Updates

We are offering all visits one on one in person or via video conferencing. Madison Physical Therapy & Consulting reopened doors to patients on May 11.  We are using hospital grade disinfectants after all equipment use.  All patients will continue to be seen one on one and we have the ability to complete treatments outside on the Capitol Square social distancing too. Masks, hand washing and temperature screening will be required for all indoor hands on related care. Full PPE is being used with all patients to keep everyone safe: gowns, gloves, mask, face shield. We are also currently limiting appointment times and the number of patients we see daily. For patients looking for web based visits, we will continue to do these video based. We will continue to be dedicated to the health and safety of our patients, community and staff.

Orthotics

 

Madison Physical Therapy carries orthotic devices which are great for cycling shoes, ski boots, running shoes, work shoes or any shoe with a removable insole. 

 

We are proud to be fitting clients with foot orthotics. This is specialized skill in which you should only trust the best clinicians do. We carry a completely customizable, yet off the shelf device. We will customize the shell and add specific amounts of stability you need, all in the same day of your appointment. Many custom orthotics cost well over $500, and require a several week wait to have your device made.  Any changes required of the orthotic after initial trial require the device to be returned and changed. This leads to frustration of the patient and the therapist. With our simple solution to orthotics and cost, you might even consider being fitted for a couple pairs to avoid the hassle of switching them in and out of each pair of shoes you wear.
